Dr. William Kevin  Hay
Dr. William Kevin Hay, age 48, of Cleveland, GA passed away Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at Emory Johns Creek Hospital. He was a loving husband & father. Dr. Hay was a member of Sunnyside Church of God & a Member of the Georgia Chiropractic Council.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 AM, on Friday, September 22, 2017, at Sunnyside Church Of God with Bishop Lance Johnson and Pastor Lance Turner officiating. Interment will follow at Family Farm.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Thursday, September 21, 2017 at South Canton Funeral Home.

He was preceded in death by: Parents - William & Joan Hay

Survivors include:
Wife - Shannon Hay
Sons - Cameron Hay, Kaden Hay, & Leo de la Cruz Hay
Daughters - Chrislynn Hay, Kaitlynn Hay(Fiancée- Calvin Johnson), Shaelynn Hay, & Ashlynn Hay
Mother-in-law - Linda & Bobby Pitman
Nephews - Austin Edwards, Gatlin Harden, & Logan Wynn
Sisters-in-law - Sandy Walsh, Tara Harden Lee, & Amanda Floyd
